AAS is the applicator. We perform the surface preparation, repair, coating, and lining work in the field and in our shop. We are factory-trained and factory-certified to apply Belzona polymer repair and protection systems, with over 25 years of experience serving South Louisiana.
The company was founded by Herman Oufnac. Nicholas Oufnac took ownership in 2014. He holds a Construction Management degree from LSU. In July 2020, AAS opened a climate-controlled facility that lets crews prepare and coat components in controlled conditions year round.
Belzona Baton Rouge sells the materials. AAS applies them. We share ownership and a facility with Belzona Baton Rouge, Inc., the authorized distributor for the territory. This page is about the application side: the crews, the field service, and the repairs that go back into service and stay there.

We repair and protect equipment in place, on turnaround schedules, and we bring components into our climate-controlled shop when the work calls for it. Either way the system is matched to the service conditions, applied by factory-trained crews, with 24-hour support for urgent work.
