Concrete and masonry repair and resurfacing

Spalled slabs, cracked walls, and deep concrete loss expose rebar and weaken structures, channels, and openings across a plant.

The problem

What is failing

Spalled slabs, cracked walls, and deep concrete loss expose rebar and weaken structures, channels, and openings across a plant. Left alone, the corroding steel keeps cracking the surrounding concrete and the damage spreads. Breaking out and recasting the section means formwork, cure time, and an area shut down for days.

Our method

How AAS does it

AAS rebuilds and resurfaces the damaged concrete cold, from crack patching to bulk-fill deep repair, working in place. The crew preps the substrate, treats exposed rebar, and rebuilds to profile in the same visit. Belzona 4111, 4131, 4181, and 5811 support the repair and protective layers depending on depth and exposure.

Typically applied with Belzona 4111, Belzona 4131, Belzona 5811, Belzona 4181, matched to the service conditions.

The result

The facility keeps its existing structure and openings, repaired and resurfaced without break-out, recast, or extended downtime.
