HVAC duct and surface corrosion protection
Condensation pools at duct low points and joints, corroding HVAC ductwork from the inside out before the original coating lasts a building life cycle.
What is failing
Condensation pools at duct low points, seams, and joints, corroding HVAC ductwork from the inside out. The damage stays hidden until a wall perforates or a section needs replacement, often well short of the building's design life. Pulling and re-fabricating duct sections disrupts the system and the spaces it serves.
How AAS does it
AAS prepares the duct surface, both metallic and masonry, and applies a room-temperature coating that resists condensate, chemical, and bacterial attack. A Belzona 5111 or 5811 system cures cold, so the work fits inside a scheduled HVAC maintenance window with no flame near the building. The crew can recoat existing ducting in place rather than cut it out.
Typically applied with Belzona 5111, Belzona 5811, matched to the service conditions.
The ductwork stays in service with a barrier that holds back the condensation cycle. The building avoids a duct-replacement project and extends the life of the existing system.

How AAS delivers it
AAS performs HVAC duct and surface corrosion protection work for Facilities, Manufacturing, and Power Generation operations across Baton Rouge and Louisiana, cold-applied and in place wherever possible, on your turnaround schedule. Crews are factory-trained Belzona applicators, the repair system is matched to the service conditions it will see, and urgent failures are covered by 24-hour on-call response. The result is a permanent, engineered repair that returns the asset to service without the cost or downtime of full replacement.
