Hot vessel and pipework in-situ coating
Tanks, vessels, and pipework running hot cannot be cooled or drained, so conventional linings that need an ambient substrate never get applied.
What is failing
Tanks, vessels, and pipework running hot cannot be cooled or drained without stopping production. Conventional linings need an ambient substrate to cure, so the asset never gets protected while it is in service. Operators either accept ongoing metal loss or take an expensive shutdown just to coat the steel.
How AAS does it
AAS coats hot vessels, tanks, and pipework in place with high-temperature systems such as Belzona 1391T and 1593 that cure on the operating surface. We prep the running substrate and apply by hand or spray with the asset still online. No cooling, no draining, no hot work near the steel.
Typically applied with Belzona 1391T, Belzona 1593, matched to the service conditions.
The asset keeps running while it gets coated. Corrosion stops on the hot surface and production never pauses for the repair.
