Liquid roof membrane and leak repair
Built-up and single-ply roofs lose their seal at penetrations and seams under UV and thermal cycling, letting water reach the substrate.
What is failing
Built-up and single-ply roofs lose their seal at penetrations and seams under UV and thermal cycling. Once the seam opens, water reaches the deck and the insulation below it. A wet roof drives interior damage, mold, and full reroof costs long before the structure itself is spent.
How AAS does it
AAS prepares the existing roof, seals active drips, then applies a cold-applied liquid membrane by brush or roller across the field and details. We reinforce seams and penetrations with embedded fabric where the roof works hardest. The work runs with no hot work and no tear-off, with Belzona 3111 and 3121 carrying the membrane and the detail reinforcement.
Typically applied with Belzona 3111, Belzona 3121, matched to the service conditions.
The roof goes watertight again over the deck the facility already owns. Active leaks stop and a full reroof is deferred.
