Masonry waterproofing and protection
Exterior masonry and building surfaces absorb water through porosity and cracks, driving spalling, staining, and freeze-thaw damage on the facade.
What is failing
Exterior masonry and building surfaces absorb water through porosity and fine cracks. That moisture drives spalling, efflorescence, staining, and freeze-thaw damage across the facade. Left open, the wall loses face material and the repair bill climbs with every wet season.
How AAS does it
AAS prepares the masonry, then coats it with a breathable waterproof barrier applied cold in the field. The barrier sheds liquid water while still letting trapped vapor escape, so moisture does not get sealed inside the wall. No hot work and no facade removal, with surface prep matched to the substrate before any coating goes down.
The wall stops drinking water and starts shedding it. Spalling and freeze-thaw damage slow down, and the facade keeps its face material.
