Draining a transformer or gearbox to chase one seam means a long outage and a costly refill the facility would rather avoid.
How AAS does it
AAS seals the leak with an oil-tolerant compound, typically Belzona 1212, that cures directly onto oil-wet steel. Our crew prepares the weeping area and works the material into the leak path without draining the unit. The repair is cold-cure and done in place, so there is no hot work near the oil and no heat on the case.
